I haven't lost even one pound... But I think it's more important, at my size, to focus on getting toned, even if it means only losing a small amount of weight. The scales don't tell you the difference between fat and muscle anyway

I have this problem too! I heard you're not really supposed to eat after 8pm... but most nights I'm up until past midnight and It's the only time that I snack with an absent mind! Sorry I'm no help, I'm just in the same boat

I am planning to start in the middle of April but I have already tried the level one workout to know what I am getting myself in to. The first time I tried it, I hurt for 3 whole days but the second time I tried it, I didn't hurt at all. So I guess that the results of the first try gave me the boost for the second attempt.…

I moved away from my home town a couple of years ago and when I go back people like to point out that I've put on weight but say I look healthier (I used to be really small and pale). That makes me feel fat and pretty lol

I use Palmers gradual tanner. It takes 2 or 3 days of application to get to my preferred shade so I know I'm not going to turn orange. Tanned skin looks more toned in my opinion but I'm not too keen on real tans because my dad has been prone to skin cancer and now he has been getting melanomas

We hardly ever get that kind of rain where I live. The other week it did though so my sister and I happily got drenched as we walked to the gym haha I wish I could say I accidentally ran and walked over 5k though. Well done!

OMG I tried one session of level 1 three days ago and I am still feeling it! Jillian is slightly evil lol I think I might have to "cheat" and work my way up to being able to do the whole plan properly.

My sister has 18month old twins and a 3 year old! a few months ago she started going to the gym and training for a 7k run that will be held in support of breast cancer research. Now she is in even better shape than she was before having children and is still getting better!

I'm only a B-C cup but if I have two days of good treadmill runs in a row, it feels like I'm being punched in the chest on the second day! I feel like my only option is duct tape

the "of course" is referring to the fact that I personally am not ready to start with the heavy weights...nor do I plan on ever getting to that point. Most of the guys at my gym don't bother with it either. well done to the men and women who do though!

The gym I go to is TINY! So there isn't really a girls side and a guys side. of course I'm not going to go onto the heavy weight lifting platform and make a fool of myself, but do use the adjustable weigh machines and dumbells, just like the guys use the floor mats and gym balls No room for judging in my gym :)

I understand that you would feel the need for implants and I am not going to tell you that it's an awful idea... but in the meantime, love your streamline body :) a beach body isn't all about being busty. Cameron Diaz and Kate Hudson are pretty good examples of that

I don't worry when I go over by a hundred cal or so because that still isn't as much as a maintenance count anyway. If I must go over, I try to make sure it's with healthy food... but sometimes it doesn't end up that way haha

The only thing that kept me from going insane about putting on all this weight since high school is having a little extra in the booby department! I don't what to go back to being only just a B-cup :( It's definitely worth it for the health and good waistline though
