I eat back my exercise calories so my body always takes in 1200 cals including the exercise calories. Found this the best way to lose weight. Sometimes too much fruit makes me bloated! Home made blended smoothies with an apple, orange etc could do the trick. I dont think it's absolutely vital to eat 5 portions every day but if you just try make sure you get enough in your diet you'll be fine. listen to your body. there'll be signs if you're eating too little

i just dab some water on my finger and rub it on the area behing the clip on HRM on the strap and it seems to work fine. I dont wet the whole strap ever

Thank you!! I know on my sig my SW is 58kg but that was when I started MFP.... My highest was prob about 62kg so have lost about 6 or 7kg's! so like 15lbs.... god writing that down seems weird because i never thought about it like that. to all those out there that small amount can make SUCH a difference

I got them done in Richmond, Surrey in England. 6 porcelain veneers. I'll have them paid off in Feb 2011-so worth it!!
