i noticed you have childres, im shedding hair like a wig factory now because of pregnancy. its diffrent every pregnancy you have so it might be that? i started shedding when my son turned 2 months, hes 4.5 months now and my hair seems to be shedding less now. you could also contact your gp about this thats what i have done…

i buy all my veg frozen, its cheap and taste just the same :) you can stock up on that! and you can prepare meals in advance (like pasta and sauce) and freeze it in! when your skint (ive got a baby im always skint he eats my money!) the freezer is your best friend <3

you can sit down and do punches, keep your core tight and cross your arms to the other side of the body while you punch, it will get your heartrate up and work your core and arms... its not a full work out.. but atleast something no?

have to say, i want to eat all the food you ate the 6ht, that looked amazing! and i think your doin fine! take your time to adept to the changes in your diet! that way youll less likely fall back onto old habits (my habit is binging rolls of bread!)

yeaa, mini goals like that are awesome! i bought a pair of wrangler jeans for 3 pound 2 weeks ago (yay) but it didnt fit over my legs at all, can now close it aswel (and walk without breathing!) that will be my goal for next week :) x
