OK, seriously now, depending on which city you go to you might the MMR. Vancouver has some bad measles outbreaks right now, it's gonna kill a few kids. Get the MMR, make sure you get both doses. If you're older than 20 you have probably only had one. Get the booster.

I think MFP defaults to a 1000 calorie deficit each day... if you want to do more than that it should probably be under medical supervision.
