Great advise...thanks for sharing! As with most things in life, it is the little stuff that matters. This makes me feel good, because I'm one of those people who just can't sit still. As a mother, there is always laundry to do & stuff to pick up, so I always feel in motjon until I go to bed.

After reading through some of these posts, now I'm really confused! I see where some of you mentioned that you got through the work-outs in like 30 minutes...that was my first clue that I messed up. I just finished stage 1 A and it took me 2 hours, because I did all the work-outs on the page! Damn I'm really gonna be sore…

You both have lovely hair! I'm letting mine grow out to chin length at least. I don't wear make-up, so when I saw a picture of myself when it was really short I kinda looked like a dude :/

I am also starting NROL4W and also hope to have similar results! Just a question about your response...are there some of the exercises that can only be done at a gym? I expected that there would be alternate home options to the given exercises...am I wrong?

Being n the same boat, I'm gonna bump this to see more results later. I have used L'Oreal eye roller off & on but not really seeing any difference. Would also love to her what has worked for others.

LOVE the nude beach! I have only ever been with my husband...found it to be a very liberating experience.
