I also have an Eclipse I call "Clipsy" just cause she is sooo cute! All black. She was a kitten I found her wandering around behind my office. She still likes to wander about, so she is chipped. I also have a rather large tuxedo named "Cosmo" which was his name when I got him at one of those Petco adoption days.

^ this, though I don't weight myself daily, my calendar is the place where I record any gains.

Super BUMP!

I also purchased Shakeology on auto pay & cancelled after 2 months...not because I didn't like it, but it really triggered my IBS. I absolutely loved the ease of use & always knowing i had at least 1 healthy meal already planned each day. It appears to be so healthy, I mean they claim to have a lot of nutritious stuff in…

I believe it is supposed to be *gay*...as in happy. Other wise it wouldn't rhyme with today

I find that I almost naturally zig-zag...I go low (follow the MFP guide) for 3 or 4 days, and but the 5th day I'm usually really hungry! Those are usually the days that I eat back all my exercise calories.

nice one Berry! your blogs are always super helpful. I struggle with the standard push-up as well and find the ones with my legs farther apart much easier.

wonderful post maab! I actually find it easier to accept the complements on here, because I don't know you all personally. In real life...that's another story. I was also married to a controlling shthead who liked to keep me under his thumb. Once you have been put down for a while it is difficult to see yourself any other…

thanks for sharing those Jess...as the mother of a 16 year old daughter I feel bad for the pressure she is feels - self inflicted & media inflicted - to look a certain way. I think it was easier to be myself when I was her age. High school girls of today can be very cruel, add on top of that the many ways to connect via FB…

I also keep peppermint tablets in my purse, they seem to help with the gas & pain. I was lucky to find the book Eating for IBS by Heather van Vorous several years ago & it has helped me be almost symptom free. Usually the only times I have issues now are stress related. check out this author's website…

All Jersey! grew up in Bergen county, now living a few miles into Essex county where the housing was waaay more affordable. Funny, I look more at people's age rather than geographic location on the message boards.

GOOD FOR YOU!! YOU LOOK GREAT! I have a question though, what did it take to get you motivated enough to really do it? My husband has a gym membership, but he has bad knees, so that makes even walking the treadmill a chore. Any suggestions?

Currently on marriage #3 which has lasted 10 years. Yeah! If this one doesn't work out, I'm switching teams!

^ ^ what they said, plus if you are working out more then your body will need the food energy...that's why you are hungry. Just try to fill those calories with "good" choices...proteins, fresh fruit & veg.

Well, it's a few CC's short of what you all are riding, but I've been riding my Vespa 170 cop bike for 16 years. Never really felt the need for anything bigger. If I could figure out how to include a picture, I would!

1968 Buick LeSabre...what a tank! My girlfriend's parents all felt safe with me driving us around in that thing.
