If you are hungry at dinner and only have 200 cals left--you may not be eating enough calories. It's either that or eat more lean protein&fiber to fill you up. (My fitness pal says I am supposed to eat 1200, but I find with the amount I work out I eat 200 calories more and it is better)

Veggie soup, chicken soup...make sandwich wraps (wheat wraps) using turkey, hummus, but mostly different veggies--I like peppers, olives, etc. Also mix broccoli with your brown/wild rice...also there are many recipes for "fake" mashed potatoes using cauliflower.

Healthy carbs--whole wheat pasta, brown rice, wild rice, beans, cream of wheat healthy grain, oatmeal...are actually pretty good for you and should be part of every meal:)

I certainly can't say that may schedule is as busy as yours (you are a super woman/ mom!) However, I would find a very short workout routine and do it before your daughter is up, or later at night. I love peppermint mochas--a skinny peppermint mocha from starbucks has been my savior;) It doesn't taste exactly the same, but you get used to it...and that is worth the difference in calories!

I actually found HIIT 15 to be the hardest HIIT for me for some reason-I prefer the longer ones. Did you enjoy your HIIT workout? (Good job :) I finished the 30min workout, with wrist, and ankle weights (as I'm a maniac). Later I'm doing my JM (Jillian Michaels) Killer Buns&Thighs.

New to class option is best! I forgot to mention that;) First week I needed that just to learn all the different moves of each dvd. in an hour of turbo fire it will be about 600 (I use wrist weights as well) doing jillian michaels--about 300-400

Well, I definitely like the way I feel being physically fit and eating better. However, I am mainly doing it to love the way I look.

Starbucks, definitely! I used to drink a non-fat mocha,now i drink a skinny version of a peppermint mocha, or any other skinny drink. Saves on calories and it's a snack in my day.

5-6 days a week usually cardio kickboxing 2-3 days a week I add a strength training workout 2-3 it's abs/or Jillian Michael's Buns&Thighs:)

Do you like that? I love Chalene- she is so positive and inspiring to me. I am also a big fan of Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire...so is this something I could enjoy? I did HIIT 25 from Turbo Fire Killer Buns and Thighs, Level 1 Core (Turbo Fire)

ha ha not exactly sure myself;) so it's not so dumb (no question is dumb anyway:) I just prefer the taste with my mixed drinks.
