me too!! what a great group :) my plan is to lose 14lbs the following 2 months. together we can do it !! i try to eat around 1000 calories a day. i'll have a refeed-day once a week to push my metabolism. and i try to avoid carbs after 5pm. you really should try to hit your calorie goal. if you're eating too little you might put your metabolism into starvation mode. add some juice or milk to every meal, thats gonna increase your calorie intake and you dont feel too full. you dont have to feel guilty about it!! please take care! you might develop an eating…

My results 1 Aug 2011 : 136.2 lbs 31 Aug 2011: 133.7 lbs lost 2.5 lbs this month. its not that much but i'm fine with it :) looking forward to september!

OMG i just went for a 40-min run ! :D yaayyy haha i know its nothing special... but for me it is, because it cost me quite an effort to do it :) i'm so happy i did it and i'm planing to do it again! dont wanna be the lazy one no more.

Aww thank you so much :D ....it worked! I got a positive result!! lost 0,5 lbs since my last weigh in! Its not much but I'm really happy because i actually thought i gained. yaaay nothing's gonna stop us now :D

yes, if it works you should stick to that! its good for your metabolism. you can always switch to 1270 .. when you hit a plateau for example. change your goal on mfp to 1lbs a week, so it allows you more calories.

i usually try to stay under 1000. (im strange - i always gain weight when i eat more :indifferent: ) but once a week i eat around 1400 to boost my metabolism.

oh this is annoying :S hmmm i would have a little refeed to push my metabolism. eat 2000-2500 calories/day for 3 days. exercise as usual or maybe a little more if you're afraid to gain a pound. after that switch to 1200cals again. should work :)
