When I bump a topic it is not to be rude, ever... I usually just want to go back and read it later. I usually only do it when I don't have time enough to read it in the first place. I don't think people are being rude when they bump something. just sayin :wink:

By the way, my name is Terri.. I have lost 18 pounds and have at least 95 more to go, so I do have a long way to go, but will be here for the long haul.. What kind of excercises do you like to do and what seems to help you the most with your weight loss?

While, I am not sure how much each person may need medically, I personally think that drinking water is to our advantage, I can certainly tell when I don't drink mine. I know that when I have too much sodium, drinking my 64 oz of water daily helps tremendously in flushing out my system. Drink your water, you will find that…

I love almonds, the Emeralds cocoa almonds, and I also eat peanut butter sometimes, it is good with protein and very satisfying. apples are really good and are in season now. Or just find something that you like and eat it in moderation, logging it, so you stay under your calorie goal for the day, drink plenty of water…
