I am just beginning to have to look into this due to my blood sugar level and my A1C, so I too am looking for suggestions in how to create a diet that is affordable and do-able. any suggestions will help.

I love my Keurig, it is an awesome asset to my coffee counter LOL :drinker: I love coffee and save my calories for it. I would give up bread before I give up my coffee. So glad that you got one too!

I will finish my measurements tonight, I am only 5'0 so I have much work to do. How do we log on the chart, I saw the different levels, but do we only mark it if we complete the entire 1st level, etc.? Hope everyone has a fantastic day! ((hugs)):wink:

I add mine as water/liquids and then I add it in my calories because I do drink half and half. :drinker: Don't want to miss adding the calories :wink:
