My granny makes what she calls R&R maters ... It is Roma tomatoes cut in half & the insides scooped out.. then shredd your ricotta, & mix fresh garlic, basil & italian parsley with it .. put a spoonful of the mix inside each tomatoe half sprinkle bread crumbs or crushed crackers ontop & drizzle olive oil over them... bake…
