I just finished breast feeding and my appetite is finally back to normal. I couldn't lose any weight no matter how hard I tried. My body stored the fat instead of burning it. It sucked big time. But ya do what the above has said. I found my best answers researching on google

I have it set to one pound a week right now. I get in anywhere from 6-12 glasses of water. I try to get in all my calories but by days end I'm still anywhere from 200-500 calories short. i have gone through this before as well. when i was doing a bootcamp. i had done it for three months and the entire time i was nauseas. and i didnt eat any junk food or fatty foods in that time frame. thanks for your guys help. it gave me a couple of ideas to see if it helps!

i'm losing weight. but i have also incorporated my aerobics class that i take with my 30ds. im on day 9 and have lost over 3 lbs. but im also eating a lot of fruits and veggies. def. keep track of inches lost. thats what people see. if your losing inches the weight too will follow.

yeah i have read that sometimes while breast feeding the body hangs onto the fat in your hips. I'm consuming less calories then what i need to in a day. or so says myfitnesspal. so anywhere from 1200-1600 calories a day when i can consume 1800
