I ran my first 5km two days ago. Today I shaved 3 minutes off that run. I never used to be able to touch my toes stretching for the last two years (no matter my weight) 🤗

I just recently changed it to 40% from 20%. I’ll stay to the 20% protein on 1500 calories. Thanks for all the info everyone!! 🤗

My goal is 170g of protein. It was a bit less but I tried to fiddle with macros so I increased it a bit. My typical intake is about 100g. I’ll take a look at the protein thread. I’m not much for seafood unfortunately or cottage cheese.

I have never really been athletic throughout my years. The past 3 years I have continuously gone to the gym. Today, I was able to touch my toes during stretching (both legs straight in front while stretching forward). I have never been able to do that as long as I can remember!

My number one is health. I know I feel better when I eat better. I never wanted to impress anyone but me. But I’m tired of my mom bod. My knees hurt, my back hurts, my guts suck, I still have ache for Pete sakes.

I’m finding anytime I attempt to do weights my wrists hurt. I always make sure that I have proper posture and I pay attention to my technique and correct it. I don’t use anything on my hands or wrists. Is here anything you can use to help with this?

Wow I never thought of the idea of eat anything! I'm so programmed to eggs, cereal, toast etc for breakfast! I'm going to give it a try of eat anything and not limiting myself to just "breakfast"! (Healthy of course!) thanks guys!!

I do a cardio warm up then 30 minute weights on arms one day, shoulder, chest and back another and legs another with a cardio day involved as well. I am at the gym 5-6x a week during my lunch hour.
