Eat some turkey wrapped around cucumber spears or bell pepper slices. Very low in calories, and high in protein and fiber. You can snack on raw vegetables all day long and not ruin your diet. A combination of lean protein and fiber is ideal for curbing your appettite without giving up too many calories.
