  • I just started back up! But ill be on every day. Trying to lose the weight from my 3rd baby now, just got the clear from the doctor to work out! I could use some people to help motivate & encourage me!
  • I am in! I do a 30 minute walk 2 times a day so that equals 60 minutes. Then I do a dvd 5 day out of the week which is 25 minutes long. But this will keep me motivated to KEEP doing it and not fall behind! I need to lose some weight and fast! :)

  • No matter how big or small you are your body NEEDS 1200 to function right. And that the nutrients from food, and all the stuff. No hormone will help right and your body will still "starve" and she will not lose weight like she has planned.

  • I am doing it right now. Its not needed to do. But it helps get rid of the toxins in your body. But so can only drinking water and eating healthy. I am almost done with it and it has made me feel so much better. Better energy and everything! If you want to do it then do it.. But you dont need to.. You know?

  • Yea doing her video is really my only chance to work out.. My kids dont seem to let me do anything if it doesnt involve them. my 3 year old will joke and do it with me but my 10 month old is like no pay attention to me! lol
  • I LOVE Jillian Michaels DVDs. I just did her 30 day shred. It has 3 levels. You do level 1 for 10 days level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days.. I am still on Level one but love it so far!   • I think when you burn your calories you have the right to eat them back (at least thats how this page shows it) But you need to eat at least 1200 to function properly. For example, I am 164 and i want to get down to 135. So i have to eat around 1550 a day and burn 600 a week to lose 1lb a week. Which is healthy. But…
  • I have been told by quite a few people. if you notice you are gaining muscle, then you are less likely to see the scale go down since muscle weighs more then fat. So maybe you are losing fat, but since you have gained muscle your not seeing the number go down.
