  • I am 5'4 and I weigh 150. In order for me to loose weight (im very active) I eat 1550 calories a day. Thats to loose 1 lb a week. (never happens really i usually loose about .5 a lb. )
  • I strted my journey back In September. I was weighing at 175 (the higest i have ever been) My goal was to loose 30-40 pounds. I want to be around 130-140! I am almost there. Its been a huge struggle! But I am trying!

  • My kids inspire me! I never had energy to run & play with them. And i was over it! I wanted to enjoy my kids, i wanted my body to feel better! Now I am 25lbs down and about 10 to 15 more to go!

  • I usually dont. I am allowed 1540 calories a day. I usually burn 400 to 600 a day. I may go over by a few of my 1540 but never eat all the calories back.. I couldnt do that. its too much food for me lol

  • If you only eat 900 cal a day you dont work out, your body will go into starvation mode and it will not allow you to lose weight..   • I wear a regular bra and a sports bra under my shirt (ive got dd's so i have too) and to me thongs are very comfy so i wear those almost all the time... If im working out at home im comando.
