I think a good idea would be do get dinner done so we eat sooner and maybe take the boys out to the park...still excersise but as a family. Yoga does sound great however i've never tried it....it's def on my to do list

It is my fault for allowing him to become so dependant but now its a fight just to let me shower alone because he's so use to me taking the kids a shower at the same time.....I get about 30 minutes of alone time a day and thats when i have lunch at work......I do believe he needs to be trained I just do not have the energy…

I work outside the home my commute is 45 minutes each way and i have to drop off my kids and pick them up. I don't get home till around 5:30pm. I feel the exact same way.... the only "healthy" stuff I like is broccoli, squash, asparugus but i add butter and salt! I hope someone else has advice.....i just love good food and to me good filling food is not a salad or veggies.
