Call me crazy, but if you aren't hungry, don't eat. If you've eaten 1600 cals in a day and worked out but still arent hungry you're just not hungry. Eating when I'm not hungry is how I got overweight in the first place I don't intend to let anyone tell me to eat when I'm not hungry.

Stay away from the breads, Matar Paneer isn't too bad if you only eat a little bit. But try to find something vegetarian without the paneer in it

Fill a 20 oz water or pepsi bottle with water and freeze it then roll it around with the soles of your feet. You can do the same thing with a tenniss ball.

I don't, if I have calories and I'm hungry I eat them. I track from the time I wake up in the morning til the time I go to bed at night.

The thing about soda and iced tea is that they dehydrate. just drink water, it's not that freaking hard.

Your serving size is off. Also all alcohol is *not* created equal a serving of hard liqour is 1.5 oz a serving of wine is 5 oz a serving of beer is 12 oz. get off your high horse. If you have nothing positive to add keep it to yourself. Your attacks show sever insecurity methinks OP isn't the person with addiction issues...

Go to a massage therapist or chiropractor and ask to have your Psoas Major muscle released. It's your main hip muscle and it can tilt your pelvis causing your belly to appear bigger than it really is. Hip opening yoga poses help too.

Try fresh stevia (I grow it in my window) I boil it with my tea and it tastes really nice. i also really like agave nectar to sweeten things.

I've heard that the estrogen in soy can be bad for women. I don't know if that's been proven. I am lactose intolerant so I don't do a whole lot of dairy and was using soy milk to cook and on cereal.
