I tried it and I still love my juicer. But for me I can't do it as my only means of meals every day. So I occasionally don't now. Find what recipes you like the best and mix it up. Have someone to support you (on here if you need to ). Good luck!

Medically protein helps you rebuild your muscles. If your working out yes its a very good idea to have that added to your diet. If your not working out and still not getting enough protein in your diet you could possibly find drinks with 12 g of protein or somewhere around that amount.
