Hey I had a question because I tend to get a little OCD trying to figure things out. Currently I'm 300 pounds. I'm a 24 year old female and I'm 5'8" MFP put my calories at about 1710 per day for 2 lbs a week. However, my TDEE is 3100 or so. My BMR is 2100 about. Thanks everyone. I appreciate all the kind words. I guess I just stopped being motivated when the summer came around and I regained back some of the weight. I keep thinking to myself, "damn I tried so hard to lose weight and then gained some back". It's just tough knowing I fell off the wagon. However, I'm back on!
