I keep being hit on at the gym by one of the new instructors - very flattering, I admit. However, I am at my LEAST attractive (red, sweaty etc.etc.etc) and it makes me feel really uncomfortable. I'm at the gym to workout, burn some fat and leave. Just leave me alone!!!

I've also got the Polar FT4 and LOVE it! As the others say you only wear it during activity, but when it tells you you've burnt 808 Kcals in 70 mins it's better than a great best friend!!

Yeah, I found it overestimated too. Even though I am working out at a high intensity I tend to use the low intensity calorie estimation as I think it's more accurate.

Don't feel guilty. We are all going to have bad days/weekends even weeks, it doesn't matter as long as you keep track of everything. Who cares if your over one day out of 7? I'm not a runner, but hope ne day to be. My brother has done it from couch potato to marathons and ironman races (madness).
