I live in Austin, Texas (the live music capital!) I was wondering something of the same thing. When I started MFP I was 214, but I had already lost 6 lbs. I wasn't sure to put my ticker to 220 or to keep it at 214...

After work tonight I did an additional 200 steps. I work nights...so my times might be a little off from everyone else's... Anyway, just want to say that I have the most amazing, supportive teammates and we are going to set this city on fire! Thank you everyone from Team Explosives!
