  • drink plenty of water, and get your minimum exercise in everyday. do not worry what the scales say today compared to yesterday. yesterday my weigh in day i had lost 4.2lbs, today i had gained 3lbs, this does not worry me, i weigh everyday but only have 1 day where i record that matters. the body fluctuates so much each day.

  • do push up they are really good for working arms, i cant do full stretch push up so i do them on my knees, works them good. also use your weights that you already have, do alternate arms lifts, bicep curls etc, maybe start low on reps then after a few days increase how many reps in a set you do.
  • Nadine I dont think people will get bored of your daily posts. This is the best place for us to get things said. I also weigh myself daily hadn't thought about your great idea of 0.2 loss per day. I sometimes find i could go up by 2lbs one day then drop again next, I don't let it bother me if I know I've worked my butt…
  • i agree with you on the earphones they are hard in the ears and uncomfortable. i have the JVC marshmallow pink earphones, they are really comfy in the ears, have had no problems with them. even use for running in and dont come out
