I use my calorie watch/monitor for Zumba, because I found MFP to be inaccurate. I am usually between 600 - 700 calories per hour for class.

Congrats!! Your stats sound like mine. I am 5'2, starting at 180.5 and am currently at 160.5. My goal weight is 145 also. You can do it. It is sooo worth it.

That is a good boost. Sleeping in your clothes or having them right next to you when you wake up. Less to do in the morning.

I hate getting up early, but I love working out in the morning and freeing up my evening. That is part of my motivation. My other and biggest motivation is my husband. He definitely helps me get up. I was proud when I was getting dressed to go out and everything I tried on was too big. So I went to my box of clothes from when I was smaller that I was preparing to give away and I could fit the clothes in there again. YAHHHHHHHHHH, new wardrobe for me.
