  • Thanks. I generally walk 4 or 5 miles a day , my workout is included in that.
  • I posted a few days ago looking for some 60's who have lost weight. My main problem is not the working out I like that , but it does make it easy for me to overeat, and easy to justify. I have to adjust my intake as my metabolism is so slow I don't gain, but i don't lose. do you use your workout calories?
  • I use a Lifestyles. Ordered on line, it is very accurate and I've been using the same wone for about 3 years. I gotta say it was a good investment.
  • I also would like to know how to record it. I try to hit 10000 steps a day which is 5 miles. That include all my activity. ON Weightwatchers they have a catagory for that but I have never figured out if you are supposed to do only the pedometer points. With this program Iwould like to know how to record it as well.
