The tricks is not cutting down calories... Try to add better food. Eventually, we will eat healthier. Weight loss is due to 80% food and 20% exercise.

I lost 28lbs in 3 months by using Alli. It is good if you follow the diet plan as well. Works if you are overweight and it should be temporary. It was 4 years ago and kept it off. If you are careful on what you eat, you don't get the "accidents".

Just wonder if that happening to anyone else than myself: Do you, the day after a marathon or half-marathon, weighted way more than before the race? I always weight between 4 to 5 pounds more the morning after a long distance race than the morning before it. Strange, always thought it should be the opposite way.

For my 2nd marathon, I ran the Galloway method for the first 20 miles. I was walking 30 to 60 sec every 10 minutes and fly the last 10k. Strongly recommend this technique.
