Good question! My MFP friends are great about congratulating my on 5 days, 10 days or whatever. Part of my concern is not having them go through that again. Basically, I feel guilty. If I could just turn off the counter, I'd be fine with that as well.

Thank you for your help! I did find an option in my browser to reload the page every 1 1/2 hours.

The best information I've found comes from Wayne Wyatt at Teamripped.com. He targets a 1,900 calorie Fat Shredder diet in combination with the P90X exercise program. However, is is really the P90X diet that is dumbed down to become practical. You can do it without exercise but exercise absolutely helps.…

A Google search found someone that fixe4d the same problem using this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000AO5K42/ref=oss_product

Wahoo! Congratulations!

I have done Insanity in a hybrid along with P90X. It is a great cardio workout. When starting, you may not be able to keep up but just do what you can and try to keep improving.
-
Good for you!

Do you happen to recall a good post suggesting how to calculate TDEE? I'm targeting 1,900 calories a day as that seems to be a good general rule but I'm curious if I should be doing it differently.

Congrats on the work! Just to be sure, how heavy was the beard?

That is terrific!

While a .22 kills lots of people, it doesn't stop them very quickly. They will bleed out eventually but possibly not before causing you harm. I don't know if it would help with running, but there is a holster called a Flashbang which attaches to a bra and allows for quick retrieval of a firearm. Can I make a suggestion?…

I'm trying to lose my baby weight too! However, I'm male and I was a just a fat kid.

You should call the police immediately! :-)

This is a hotly contested topic on MFP. Here is some info from someone whose opinion I respect. http://teamripped.com/eating-your-workout-calories/

I have the Bowflex weights (up to 90 lbs each) and I absolutely love the results from the lifts in P90X. It targets each major muscle group and I get great growth/definition in each area. PM me if you would like a longer explanation.

Instead, why don't you put your clothes in with the other person's stuff and then put the lock on it so her stuff is protected too?

BTW, I did see an article recently quoting an specialist doctor who said saving the nether regions.is bad as micro cuts allow all sorts of infection/illness. Waxing reportedly produced a similar problem for many.

I've heard that Nair is exceptionally painful.

Try a little cornstarch. It fixes the sticking problem.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Well done!

Well, make sure you don't skip the other quote from this doctor: 'As expected, people who are higher alcohol users were at higher risk, but there was really no safe level of alcohol use,' study author Dr. David Nelson, director of the Cancer Prevention Fellowship Program at the U.S. National Cancer Institute, told…

Well, here is the article and study showing that. I'm not making it up just for entertainment purposes. :-) http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2012/07/05/study-the-gateway-drug-is-alcohol-not-marijuana/

I won't speak to the caloric perspective of beer from from a health perspective, alcohol can be horrible. Can I be Johnny Raincloud for a moment? I saw this article today before I came to MFP. Alcohol is responsible for one in thirty cancer deaths a year and just one drink a day can boost risk of dying from the disease by…

Perhaps your workouts are so effective they are looking for a reason to talk to you. Translation: They may be hitting on you.

Well done!

Yep. I wonder if some people will learn that it is a defensive weapon, not an assault weapon.

What? I didn't know about Baa Baa Black Sheep! And to think, all of this music was stolen before the internet was invented.

You are spot on! The motivation has to be internal. For me, it was looking in the mirror one day and realizing just how fat I'd become. It wasn't until I was disgusted with my current condition that I kicked myself in the rear to get going. By the way, your take on nagging is exactly right. and worded so well that I can't…

I've given this much more thought than I typically would in just popping off a reply. Perhaps it is because I MAY understand your husband's mentality to a degree. Over the years, I continued to pile on weight to where I probably had 80-90 pounds of extra fat. Surprisingly, although I was "heavy" did somehow convinced…

Protein gets my vote. It is more filling and helps rebuild muscle. In my experience, the best diet approach I've found comes from Coach Wayne at www.teamripped.com The specific guidance is for a 1,900 calorie diet. It gets even better if you also choose to do P90X with it as an exercise program. It isn't required but it…
