Thank you :) I have lost 70 lbs or so since March 2012. I still have about 20 to go and its coming off a lot slower now but it works for me.

Not really a recipe but I love spreading avocado on wheat toast and drizzling it with a bit of honey. It's delicious & filling!

I eat 1200 calories a day. I pretty much eat whatever I want I just try to stay around my calorie limit. I exercise about an hour or so day. No shame here!

I really don't think it matters either way. I prefer to exercise in the evening though when its nice and cool outside ;)

My go tos are -Sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub from Subway -Fresco chicken soft taco from Taco Bell -hamburger kids meal or southwest grilled chicken salad from Mcdonalds

I saw myself in a full length mirror and didn't recognize the person staring back at me. I started my diet the very next day and haven't looked back.

You should be eating 1200 calories minimum. Your body WILL go into starvation mode and make it harder for you to lose weight.

I downloaded the app on my phone several weeks ago but have yet to actually sign up and use it. I'm a cheapo and really don't wanna pay if I don't workout lol I do like the concept of the whole thing though.

Once a week, on the days that I go grocery shopping because I'm usually too lazy to cook that night lol Subway is my restaurant of choice 90% of the time.

I most def think it was just a freak accident. I was watching the game when it happened and literally got goosebumps when I saw him fall. Makes my leg hurt just thinking about it!

My go to snacks are edamame, fruit (usually berries), Chobani yogurt, and almonds. I have atleast one of those things every single day.

When I eat out, I ALWAYS check online for the menu first. I plan my meals before I leave the house. When I order, I always get water to drink and if I order something "bad", I never get dessert afterwards. I ask for my dressing on the side if I get a salad of any kind. I drink my coffee black 95% of the time. The only time that I do use creamers of any kind is when the pumpkin spice one is available!

I usually have the chicken, shrimp, or scallops. I always get the fried rice but I only eat half of it. Its the best part imo! lol

I've cut down on drinking alcohol significantly since I started my weight loss journey. I was drinking two or three times a week and now I drink maybe once a month, if that. Slow cooker! I use mine all the time for soups and chicken. I freeze half of the soup (veggie, turkey chili, taco soup) so theres always a quick meal in my house in case I need it in a pinch.
