By the way I took a look at her exercise diary...she uses a HRM and burned 150 cal doing 45 min of ChaLEAN...she mentioned once it is more strength training?? I will let you know...........

I agree, my biggest downfall is to continue making the healthy food choices now that I am maintaining. I still manage to stay within calorie goal but not always the food choices I am proud of...

pretty sure it depends on your build and the jeans!! I have some 5/6 jeans and some 7/8's I am 5'8 and 144lbs....

I would like to add that your goal weight of 120-130 may be a bit much??? I am 5'8 and weigh 149 now and happy with that. If i were to loose 10 more lbs I am afraid I would be too skinny...I'm just working on toning it all up!

Height 5'8 starting weight (when I started MFP) 170ish June 1, 2011- My goal weight 145 Current weight 149-4 to goooo!!! I am happy with my weight right now. Mostly working on toning.

My opinion, Ripped is MUCH harder! I recently did the 30 day shred, but I am glad I did to prepare me for Ripped!
