welcome!!! I started this in 2011 after our second child. Lost 30 lbs in 7 months! It works! I am now expecting child number 3 and am using to help track what I am putting in my mouth..and to keep exercising through my pregnancy...so far so good!! I am addicted to this site love it!! I do speed intervals...lower speed for a couple min-sprints for a min back and forth increasing the speed at each interval. I get so bored, I am always playing around. I try to avoid the treadmill. I run outside as much as possible, it is so much more entertaining;)

I do Insanity 4 days a week and get in on average about 3 runs a week. I am in month 2 of Insanity and was pretty sore after my Insanity (I do in the early AM) yesterday, Then ran 3 miles later in the afternoon...all I can say is OUCH!! I can say that Insanity sure has improved my indurance and my speed while running…
