I have been through Shred-lost weight but mostly inches. I am now doing Shed with Weights.I am working on toning. I also just purchased Ripped in 30 and will be starting that very soon!! I LOVE the Jillian Workouts. I have seem some amazing results!

I did the same, your building muscle and loosing fat...Hang in there, if you stick with it you will see results. I have been through shred and I lost more inches then weight...I also added some more cardio in my daily routine. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

I mix it up-the days I do shred I usually do some weight training after and also get in a walk or bike ride. ( I do shred every other day) days I dont do shred I run..and yoga twice a week. I can't do the same exercise every day or I will just get bored of it and quit. Oh by the way...I lost more inches then weight dropped…

Sorry so late. I was out of town from September 23rd - September 29th for business-I did get some exercise in but not my challenges. My progress for September lost 3.5 lbs-lost 4.5 inches on my waitst and 4 inches on my hips. I did meet all exercise and other goals for the month besides the dates I mentioned above. Oh my…

9/21/2011 made my challenges, calorie and water goals for the day. I am stuck in a rut! not losing but not really gaining either....ugh!

I think I may have hit a plateau?? Maybe not, just been the same weight for the past 2 weeks- I do cardio and weight lifting-I am however losing inchese so that has to be worth something right? I also mix up my workouts. Any advise is appreciated!

9/20/11 made it but barely yesterday...going out to dinner is a killer and I like my beer! (I only had 2) did challenges-water and stayed under calorie goal

AWESOME!! I have about 5 days left of level 3 and love the results I am getting! Biggest thing for me is also measurements-love losing inches and my pants are getting loose!

I will be out of town on business September 23rd through the 30th but I will do my best to get some exercise in-sorry team! Sorry team, been pretty good thus far and like the results I am seeing with my weight and measurements-this has been well worth it!! And a good jump start to my weight loss!

so far this week ...Monday I completed my challenges, stayed under calorie goal and got in 8 plus glasses of water...Tuesday and Wed. flu bug!! BoOOOOO...Thursday-did all challenges stayed under calorie goal and did water goal. Friday I have done the all the challenges but the 2 miles and I will get that in before the end…

That is my goal weight-Was once there...think it is about 5/6 7/8 depending on the jeans..I am about 158 now and can wear a size 8 in some though so who knows!

oh crap! just saw this about the day/week thing-thought today was rest day so I slept in! Oh well I will get it in. As I have told you before I have completed all daily challenges, stayed under calorie goal and did the 64oz of water. I didn't see where Week 2 is posted...I will have to look for that....
