If you're spinning 6 times a week, there is every chance that the weight you have gained is muscle? Do you take measurements too? If you're not any bigger, but you are heavier, then it's much more likely that all your hard work and exercise is just making you stronger, and more toned? :D

I lost most of my weight without exercising, and I would do it all differently if I could. Without some form of exercise, you lose all the fat without gaining any muscle, so you end up saggy/empty/ewwww. It's not good!! If you want to lose weight AND be happy with how you look, you need to exercise at least twice a week :)
