I started at 231.2 and as of today I am 199.0. Yay!!!! So I lost a total of 32.2 lbs. Thank you for the challenge. Have fun in your trip!!!!!

I try to eat as healthy as I can, yet if I have to eat out I try to fit it in. Everything else is in moderation.

From the day I replied to this threat, I have lost a total of 24 lbs. So, only 1lb to reach the goal. July 14th-231.2 Sept. 4th( Today)- 207.2 I will do an update either next sunday ( weigh-in day), or the week after.
