when you twisted your ankle, yet still managed to do cardio on the elliptical trainer for an hour.

Under soduim Lunges: completed 30 minutes I am feeling a little out of it today, and I have a lot on my plate; therefore, I didn't have time to exercise as I used to. Hopefully I have the strength to make it up tomorrow. Have a great weekend everyone!!!

I weigh myself everyday, just to have an idea if what I did the day before was helpful or not. It helps me to know my body a lot better. My real weigh in is on sunday; therefore, I look at the total pounds I lose for the week, not daily.
