LOVE IT!!!!

Starting a relationship shouldn't be this hard. It either happens or it doesn't. This sound like the latter. Also, if his ex is pregnant, run the other way! Even if it does work out, it sounds like there will be a whole lot of drama involved. You deserve better!

You should consume whatever MFP recommends.

Some people look older after they lose that much weight, but you look younger. Great job, you should be proud of yourself!
-
No offence, but get over it!
-
Awesome!

Exercise doesn't get easier, you just have to push yourself harder. For example, when you start running you may run a 12 minute mile but over time you get faster and suddenly you can run a 7 minute mile. If you are still running the same distance then it becomes easier but if you push yourself and run farther then it isn't…

I'm with you!

Try changing your settings to only lose 1/2 pound per week, you will get more calories. That made all the difference to me. I just couldn't survive on 1200 calories. Somehow I have been losing more than 1/2 a pound per week anyway.

I would eat back some of your calories if you are hungry. However, be cautious if you are using MFP's workout calories. I find that the calories they list are VERY generous. I use a heart rate monitor to get my exact calories burned and I repeatedly eat back about half. I have been losing weight. Good luck!

I had a summer fling with Ed O'Brien from Radiohead back in the early 90's (before they were very famous). I met Prince Charles by chance when I was 6 years old. I have met various lead singers of 80's alternative bands (I used to hangout at the back door after shows).

I swear by Polar. You wear a watch on your wrist and a chest strap. If you go to a gym, the machines that have HRM on them will automatically pick up the signal from your chest strap.

Oh yeah, sugar withdrawal can cause headaches too!
-
If you weren't exercising before, then the exercise could be causing the muscle in your back and neck to become tight. This can lead to tension headaches. They will go away once your muscles get used to it. Try getting a shoulder rub, that might help.

Welcome, I'd love to be your friend. I'll add you.

I'm 5'3" and my current goal is 122. I have been that weight before and that is a size 2 for me. However, having said that........I am a lot more muscular now so it may be difficult for me to achieve 122. I just want to look great!
