5'4" SW:178 CW:173 GW:130 This is all weight I gained over two years of health problems. I was always very fit and maintained my weight with exercise. When I had my health issues, I wasn't able to exercise but I kept eating at the same rate. I am clawing my way back to the old me! ROAR!

You should be asking, "What's the beast steak that you don't need ketchup?" Try filet mignon. Lean, tender and flavorful!

105 pounds doesn't leave much room for muscle. You would be better off aiming for 120ish with good muscle tone. I am 5'4" and 125 pounds on me is a size 2........but I have good muscle tone at that weight.

I'm 5'4 currently 133....started at 142......goal weight 122ish.

Stay at home mom......but I also do some contract mystery shopping work on the side.

Sorry, I didn't mean to be preachy. My point is that if you are busy, you can't be bored.

I have known other Moms that feel the same way as you. I have been a SAHM for 8 years. My kids are both in school now and I am still home. I have always been busy, busy, busy and never bored. Join a playgroup. Create some structure in your day. Invite other Moms over to have coffee and a playdate. If you need to find other…

I like Body Fortress Whey Protein, Chocolate Peanut Butter. It's $14.99 at Walmart and has 24 - 140 calorie servings. I have one after my workout.

For me it's like taking a shower......not optional except for lazy days like Sunday. Seriously, I really enjoy classes. I have a good schedule that I follow at the gym every week. I take the same classes and look forward to seeing the same people at the classes. Before and after class is a little bit of social interaction.

My two most motivating MFP friends are men! They give me lots of encouragement. There is nothing sexual about it.

I too am 5'3" and I consume around 1700 calories a day and my macros are 40/30/30. My weight is coming off slowly but I am at 133 pounds. I am 39 years old and I just can't lose weight as fast as I did in my 20's!

I can't do 1200 calories! I am also 5'3". I exercise at least 2 hours a day, 5 days a week and that gives me more food to eat. I consume about 1700 calories a day. I eat 40% Carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein. I focus on eating foods that have high nutritional value and I limit my processed foods. My weight is coming off…

I'm a big fan of protein powder. Lots of protein, not much fat or carbs. If you don't like shakes, mix a scoop of vanilla with iced coffee. Yummy!

One hour of muscle conditioning and an hour of yoga.

This! I recommend a heart rate monitor too. I take three Zumba classes a week and I burn 350-500 calories per hour depending on how I push myself and the routines.

This! I don't like brussels sprouts unless they have gravy on them!
-
Hmmmm, I might have to try the Deep Dish Cookie Pie next!

Great results! Keep up the good work!

I am celebrating my 10th anniversary on Sept. 7th and would like to fit into my wedding dress by then. I think I have about 10 pounds to go!

I brew a small amount of strong coffee and mix it with half a cup of almond milk and 2 scoops of Vanilla EAS Premium Protein Powder. It is 200 calories and 27 grams of protein. A healthy snack that feels like you are indulging in a coffee house drink!

Have have had success with theses recipes: http://www.theyummylife.com/8_muesli_flavors I am with you......I can't believe it took me this long to try it!

I eat meat and I still have a hard time getting all my protein in without going over on everything else. I use EAS Premium Protein Powder. I mix it with iced coffee and it makes a coffee house type drink with 140 calories and 27 grams of protein.

I would do as the Dr. ordered and remain sedentary. Change your MFP settings to maintain your current weight and don't stress. The faster you get healed, the faster you will be back to exercising and losing weight!:flowerforyou: BTW, I feel your pain. Being sedentary for 2 weeks would drive me crazy too!

I exercise 1-2 hours a day, 5 days a week. If I don't count my calories, I gain weight. I trained for a half marathon a couple of years ago and gained 10 pounds in three months. Exercise makes me hungry. Maybe you have the same problem. I recommend setting up MFP to maintain weight and start tracking your foods. Get used…

Eating back some of your calories IS healthy. You can actually eat back all of your calories if you feel like it. Just remember, never let your net calories fall below 1200. Hope that helps!
