I like that I idea too. Did your workplace give you any hassle about your request? I would like the same thing done to my desk. I can't stand just sitting now. I've been exercising at least 3-4 times a week since March 2011.

Congrats Allison! Hope you keep at it. I'm in the same boat but I'm loving every little improvement I see in myself. Not just physically but emotionally. :-)

I'm glad I posted my first topic. I'm getting motivated all over again reading these great responses. I love MFP because there is a support group out there for everyone. I'm going to be patient and make sure I follow proper form. Thanks again to all those who responded. :smile:

I just walked away from one of those situations -lol. They want to tell me that I'm not eating enough and how my body is going to suffer. Well first of all you really don't know about my diet. My diet is calorie restrictive but I'm getting my required daily intake of carbs, protein and fat. I might not meet each category…

Lean Cuisine makes an awesome pizza and they have pretty good variety of choices. Just eat one and then load up on a salad.
