Logging/Weighing Chicken Breast
I realize that chicken weighs differently raw versus cooked. I baked all my boneless/skinless chicken breast all at one time. So how should I enter this in my diary? I know how much it weighs cooked but not sure how to log that. Any help is appreciated.

I know a lot of sources say 7-8 hours of sleep, but trying to exercise, job, church, family time...something has to give. Just wondering, how much sleep do you get on average. I average 6-7 every night but some times I feel like I only have enough time for 5 or less.
