Logging/Weighing Chicken Breast

I realize that chicken weighs differently raw versus cooked. I baked all my boneless/skinless chicken breast all at one time. So how should I enter this in my diary? I know how much it weighs cooked but not sure how to log that. Any help is appreciated.

You choose - just check in the database for "chicken breast raw" or "chicken breast baked".
Or, you could weight it raw and note how many calories. Then when it is cooked, divide the total calories by the number of servings.0
