I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with the sugar problem! For me it's the FRUIT! There is so much fiber and sugar in fruit that I am constantly going above on my sugars....and I'm only having two servings of fruit a day! According to Health Guide Canada we are suppose to have 7 -12 servings of fruits and veggies / day…

I guess this is really more of a vent than a question, but if you have an answer or suggestion...I'll be more than happy to hear it! I have this problem where I will do really great with my daily calories and water consumption, but then I get hungry. I still eat what I'm suppose to for a few more days...but then it hits…
