Sleep disorders are often misdiagnosed as insomnia, which can be sooo frustrating for those who have them (especially when you have tried melatonin, prescriptions, relaxation techniques, and pretty much everything in the book). Here's hoping you can get a good nights sleep.

You may have something called shift work sleep disorder, bright light treatments are said to work best. Look up shift work sleep disorder then check out www.verilux.com. They have sleep/wake therapy lights, they are pricey, but they can really make a difference for people with circadian rhythm disorders.

I know someone who got them and they said the pain afterwards was like having a small elephant sitting on your chest, but if you were thinking about saline because of the cost, since they don't last as long you will have to get them redone sooner. Its hard to tell which ones really look more natural, I guess you could try…

If taxes are a way to stigmatize or punish people for making bad choices, then why is the government punishing people for having jobs (vie se vie the income tax)?

It does not actually restrict freedom of choice, does taxing cigarettes actually prevent anyone from using them? No it does not, but it could certainly make using/obtaining the product a bit less hassle free. There are probably better ways to go about making people healthier, like reducing the cost of healthy food options…

Drink a small glass of water (I usually get a mineral/tonic water with lime in a rocks glass so you still feel like you are having a real drink and don't kill the mood with a glass of regular water) between every 2-3 drinks while you are out, and glass of water when you get home. Another glass of water as well as 2 tylenol…
