Just as something that might be helpful, I have the Uncheese cook book. It's full of recipes for different cheese substitutes. I could share a few recipes if you'd like.

How do you have your fitness pal calibrated for a vegan diet? And where do you go to change those settings? I just started being vegan myself a couple of weeks ago and so far I love it! Sure there's more prep involved, but the food is just as delicious and just as plentiful and I like to cook so I haven't found it to be a…

This sounds great! I'm 5' 4" 24 years old Female SW: 185 CW: 177 GW #1: 150 GW #2: 130 I have asthma that makes it hard for me to stick to my exercise regime in the summer, but I've started running 3 days/ week in training for the 5K in my city's upcoming Terry Fox Run.

i'll encourage you to try to eat as well as you can (even if you have to force yourself) after all your body needs to be as nourished as possible to keep up. but as far as exersize goes.... sleep is really the best medicine, don't force your body intodoing too much, you may just wind up making matters worse. i'd say wait…

they are awesome, but are unfortunately not available in canada. my boyfriend's mom brought a box home for me and omg, omg, omg i love them. i wanna try different types of yoghurt with it, possibly honey, or with fruit chunks. :D:D:D:D

I know how you feel. This weight range is really difficult to lose. I'm trying to lose 55, I've been here for almost 2 months and have only lost 5. I've changed my eating habits drastically and upped my daily exersize by about as much as I can. I stopped buying bus passes so that I would be forced to walk and ride my bike…

that's great, my first NSV was when my back rolls went away and I was able to wear a fitted shirt for the first time in a while without putting a cartigan on top :)

i wish there was a canadian version :(

Congratulations on your pregnancy, babies are so much fun! I can't wait to hear about your progress both during and after.

I like PC's sparkling fruit juices. But only as a once-in-a-while treat when you're tired of water. My favourites are apple, peach mango, and cranberry pomegranite. They're so yummy and fizzy, and a great substitute when you're craving pop they come in a small redbull sized can. Plus it has all real ingredients and the…

It's because your boddy eventually eats through those fat reserves. I did a project on this for college a few months ago. But your body will store that fat as long as it can.

anyone got any tips for getting rid of what appears to be welts forming on my inner thighs where the bike seat hits.

i am also a salt addict. have you ever had the garlic stuffed olives? i could eat those all day.

omg, we just discovered the BEST pizza place in our area, and it's right around the corner. i swear, their brocolli lover's pizza with the garlic butter sauce and mozzerella will be my downfall.

i forgot to mention peanut butter, marshmallow, caramel, bacon (sigh, omg bacon), cookies.... food in general.

you look awesome, and so happy too, that makes a huge difference. welcome to the under 50 club (less than 50 pounds to go). I've been struggling at this point for a while and am always looking for new ways to add a little exersize to my day. every weight loss expert i've talked to agrees that this part is the hardest and…

I have a cruiser too. It's by Reighley and I <3 it. Thinking about selling it though to get something lighter as it is very awkward to get it up and down the stairs of my apartment.

but you're time of the month is the most effective time to work out. even though you are bloated, cramped and just generally feel like cr*p, just keep going. once the water weight goes down you'll be happy you kept up your exersizes.
-
you are positively glowing. keep up the good work, i can't wait to see the vacation photos from next year!
-
oh, also, can't forget tiptoe through the tulips, bumblebee tuna or fish heads. <3

I have all of The Lonely Island's songs but I'll always love their "I'm on a Boat". I have a pretty eclectic taste in music, most of my music is songs from movies.

Feel free to add me, weight loss is so much easier with buddies

I know just how you feel. I came here for the sense of community and the encouragement. I'm at a point right now where I'm on the verge of being obese. I want to lose the weight before it becomes a problem. These last 50 pounds are so frustrating!! I feel like I can never stick to anything because I just don't have the…

I'm 23, not a mom, but I'm 5'4" and 185 pounds and want to get rid of the extra 50 pounds before I start a family. I've lost a good chunk of weight before and my asthma improved dramatically so I want to see how close to eliminating it I can get from weight loss alone. I need to get down to at least 150 to be healthy, I…

what's insanity? I keep hearing about it, but have no clue what it is. I do a bootcamp twice a week and was thinking of adding something extra to the mix so I don't plateau.
