Have you thought about dried fruit? When I was living in a dorm, we had a full size kitchen on the first floor. I had a mini fridge that I kept frozen entrees in and bagged salad. Snack foods, I would say dried fruit and nuts. Maybe Quacker rice cakes? You can still get the fresh fruit and veggies just buy less at a time.

My water has a taste. It tastes like dirt! GROSS... I got a purifier and its not so bad, sometimes I add Mio to it or a flavored benefiber. Cucumber water is great as well, I had that at a spa. yum!

My starting weight is 244.4 :) I got 128 oz of water. Did 100 jumping jacks (remind me to go potty before... lol)

Eat less, exercise more. Theres no secret or magic tricks, otherwise everyone would be skinny. It's a LOT of work. It's worth it, just stick with it. Good luck on your weight loss journey! :)

I had both my daughters c-section 12/31/07 & 4/26/11... mothers apron is awful and HUGE! I think I need a tummy tuck after my weight loss!

I drink my water and tea. I heard hot liquids fill you up. Or try Oatmeal. Lots of fiber in oats are filling. Good luck!

I had the same issue. I started eating spinach salad with pickled beets to up my iron and started drinking whey protein shakes with fresh bananas and strawberries. Good luck!

I joined Snap almost 2 weeks ago. I LOVE it! They are so nice and CLEAN. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The prices aren't too bad. Its a smaller gym and somedays I;m the only one in there. I wish there was a pool, but I still love it and can't say more positive things about it!
