It's been a few years but when I worked at PH, we didn't actually boil any eggs, or chop them. They came in a white bag already boiled and chopped. Oh yummy! I refuse to touch the eggs on any salad bar.

I drink nearly a gallon of water a day. That is, plain water, nothing added in. I do have other drinks as well, but if it has anything added to it, it's not water. I do still need to use the bathroom very often. It's supposed to calm down but I think my body is still trying to adjust to all of the changes.

So in other words, many processed foods and many fast foods contain wood pulp in them. I'm not surprised. Good reason to stay away from anything that comes from a box, a can, or the freezer and good reason to make food yourself!

I've always just sliced it up and eaten it! When the kids were little, I'd cut up those and squashes and we called them vegetable cookies.

Sounds like something you should ask your doctor about! I get the same symptoms when my blood pressure drops. Of course, when that happens, I go and see my doctor about it.

I quit two weeks ago. :D Lungs are still healing but it is so nice to wake up each morning and be able to breath. It's equally nice to sleep all the way through the night! Good luck. This is something you can do!

Since I quit smoking, sodas have tasted nasty to me. Too sweet and too bitter at the exact same time. I now drink water, unsweetened tea, and Gatorade at the gym (which is also too sweet but serves a purpose.)

I've known people to lose 40 pounds and have that extra skin, and others to lose over 100 pounds with no extra skin. The only difference I know of off hand, is that those without the excess did strength training and constant toning the entire time mixed in with the cardio. I can't say if you'll have the same results or not.

Hamburgers, spaghetti, mix with equal parts extra lean hamburger meat and a bit of pork sausage (for taste) and make a meatloaf, meatballs, Stuffed mini meatloaves. turkey and rice... Just about anything you'd make with hamburger meat, you can make with ground/minced turkey.

For the first time, after seeing me make my burgers this way for years, my husband finally tried spinach instead of lettuce and carrots on his bacon cheeseburger. He loved it and said he should have started that long ago! If they see us do it enough, they try it out too. :D

I don't eat anything with any ADDED sugar (or artificial sweetener) anymore. Fruit? Milk? Cheese? I like being healthy too much to take those completely out of my diet!

I love KFC fried chicken, even now. However, I can only eat one small piece before I'm full, like a chicken leg. My body simply will not allow me to eat more than that. I can't stand the taste of anything sweet now. Artificially sweet, naturally sweet, it doesn't matter. Sweet = gross!
