The same holds true for every mom or dad trying to shed some excess. I know several parents who have kids and therefore "kid food" in the house. It makes it that much more difficult to have will power with all those goodies around. We can do it!

When I need Pizza, I take a large chicken breast, slice it VERY thin, add a thinly sliced onion and a bell pepper. Sautee then add Fajita seasoning mix to taste (sodium). I like to take a couple of hard boiled eggs, toss one of the yolks and mash them all up, add a big squirt of mustard and a teaspoon full of low fat mayo and put it on some bread. That makes a yummy lunch. I am diggin the mustard.
