If you want to lose weight you need to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound. I was advised to not eat the exercise calories to lose weight. Good Luck.

I have tried it and lost weight and gained it back. I have found if I eat whole, nutritious foods I am vibrantly healthy and I naturally cleanse my body.
