lost 130 pounds, went from a DD to an "A" on a good day :) I don't mind at all, I will take being a size 4 over a 24 any day

Just remember, all those items fit i the program if you account for them and do portion control. The more often you incorporate and learn to fit them in the less "deprived" you feel and you wont have the guilty feeling. I have pizza once a week, wings if I want...I don't like popcorn so no issue there

I was 252, got to 128...last year went up to 139....now back at 128...you know what to do, keep your diary, get in that excersize and stick to it. The way I think, easier to get control of 10-15 pounds then 100+

Over sensitive, I am sure you have plenty of others who bring joy to your life, this is a support sytem...people look for what they need...we are all at different stages, some can give some can't. :indifferent:

I do work out 4 times a week and I do diary everything I eat

The Wii is great, I also found a stationary bike to be my fav....easy on the knees....start at 20 min and work your way up

I was able to lose...increased exercise
