Question ................ I have a time with my calves (sides of them) hurting when I do a walk @ about 3 mph. I have tried stretching before I walk, walking in the evening (it seemed better than first thing in the morning - when I had no food or drink b/c it was too early), start out slower, etc... The latter 2 helped…
