My dr. told me that if I do try anything it should be Alli that is sold over the counter at Walmart and other pharmacies. He said it does actually work and that is the only thing he would recommend.

L2 gets boring but it's intense. I love level 3. goes by quickly but it is intense.

I've been adding the 6 week 6 pack into my 30 ds but only the first circuit of level one because I usually do it in the mornings when I get up before getting ready for work. I've also heard that ripped in 30 is more intense than 30 DS. She also has a buns and thighs dvd coming out in Sept.

Give in but in moderation. You may find that once you drink just a little that may be all you want. I know that is how it is with me.

I never thought I would make it but today was D1 of L3! It has been tough. I still can't see a whole lot of difference so maybe I'm just not dripping in enough sweat!
