I was having some knee pain myself and I started the glucosamine supplements. I have found that they certainly help. They could probably help with any back pain too.

Weighing in with 154. Had a drop to 152 last week but now this is the week before TOM sooooo, I know it's just water. Not worried about it at all.

I have 30 Day Shred and it is tough. A girl that I work with has the Ripped in 30. she tried the 30 DS with me one day and she said that the Ripped in 30 was easier. Not sure if that helps you any.

Indeed so sorry for your loss. I have a 13 yr old Akita that according to my vet is considered to be "ancient" for her breed. Her health is slowly deteriorating and so I understand where you are coming from. My thoughts are with you.

My scale does the same thing. I usually weight at least three times to get a consistent weight. But then when I go to the gym I weigh there to double check and my home weight usually matches the gym weight on the dr. type scales.

I don't run for distance I run based on how many minutes I can run steady. so far it's 7 min at 5.0 mph. If that helps.
